Returns
- Free remake if accurate measurements don't result in a good fit
- Full refund for manufacturing defects — no return needed
- Remake fee may apply if incorrect measurements were entered

What if I entered the wrong measurements?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we can update your measurements before production begins. If the garment has already been cut, you may need to pay a remake fee based on material and labor costs. We recommend double-checking your body profile before submitting.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, free of charge. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and the order cannot be cancelled. Email us immediately if you need to make a change.
How long do remakes take?
Remakes follow the same production timeline as new orders — approximately 5–10 business days. We prioritize remakes and ship them as soon as they're ready.
Do you offer international returns?
For international orders, our standard policy applies: free remake for fit issues, full refund for defects. Since shipping costs are covered on our end for verified issues, there are no surprise charges for international customers. All orders ship DDP — duties and taxes included at checkout.
