How long is the production time?

Production time is 15-45 days (from order to delivery), depending on quantity. 

We don’t keep stock — every order is made-to-measure based on body data.

Where do you ship from? How is shipping calculated?

GEGIX is a US    -based brand operated by [GEGIX LLC]. 

Our uniforms are produced in our owned manufacturing facility in China and shipped directly worldwide. 

Every step — from fabric sourcing to final inspection — adheres to GEGIX’s strict quality standards.

All orders include free worldwide shipping — whether you're in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, or Australia.

What is your return & exchange policy?

For quality issues (e.g., seam failure, uneven dye, fabric defects), we issue a full refund without requiring a return.


If the fit is incorrect due to sizing, we’ll remake your uniform at no cost (with updated measurements).

Can you customize colors or add a logo for our team?

Yes! For teams ordering over 200 sets, we offer a custom color palette and permanently reserve your team’s fabric inventory for future  small-batch reorders — ensuring consistent color and texture every time.
