Ordering made-to-measure scrubs is simple. First, create your body profile on the GEGIX website by entering measurements like chest, waist, hips, and inseam. Choose your fabric, style, and any embroidery options. Then your order goes directly to our factory, where it is cut and sewn to your exact specifications. No third parties, no middlemen — we own every step of production.

Custom manufacturing takes approximately 5–10 business days. Since each garment is made individually from your measurements rather than picked off a shelf, it takes a bit longer than standard retail — but the result is a scrub that fits your body, not a mannequin.

Yes — you or a friend will need to take your measurements using a soft tape measure. Our guided Sizing Guide walks you through every step. Most people complete their profile in under 3 minutes. Once saved, every future order automatically uses your data — measure once, fit forever.

Yes. Name, title, and department embroidery are available, and we can also add your logo at no extra charge. Configure everything online during checkout: choose font style, thread color, and placement. Embroidery is sewn directly into the garment during production — no third-party embroidery shop needed.

Since each garment is made specifically for your body, our policy is straightforward:

• Accurate measurements but doesn't fit — we remake it for free.
• Manufacturing defect — full refund, no return needed.
• Incorrect measurements — remake fee may apply.

Standard brand-name scrubs are mass-produced in a handful of sizes (XS–3XL) and are not designed for your specific body. GEGIX scrubs are made-to-measure: we build each garment from your individual measurements in our own factory.
