1. THE PRECISION TIMELINE At GEGIX, we don't pick items off a shelf. Every garment is precision-crafted to your unique measurements stored in your Digital Closet.

  • Craftsmanship Period: Please allow 5-10 business days for our master tailors to cut, sew, and quality-check your order.
  • Total Delivery Estimate: Most customers receive their order within 12–22 business days from the date of purchase.

2. SHIPPING COSTS & CARRIERS

  • Standard & Express Shipping: ALWAYS FREE. We believe precision shouldn't come with a delivery fee.
  • Premium Carriers: We exclusively partner with premium global carriers  to ensure your custom apparel arrives safely and quickly.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your precision-crafted items are dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through our site or the carrier’s portal.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES International orders shipped DDP — duties and taxes included, no surprise fees at delivery

5. DAMAGES If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at hello@gegix.com with photos of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize a remake under our Perfect Fit Promise.
