Unauthorized use of the "GEGIX" name, logo designs is strictly prohibited.

2. MTM (MADE-TO-MEASURE) RESPONSIBILITY By using the GEGIX Digital Closet, you acknowledge that you are providing personal measurement data. GEGIX is responsible for crafting the garment to the exact specifications provided. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements entered. Significant discrepancies in user-provided data may void the free remake portion of the Perfect Fit Promise.

3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER GEGIX professional apparel is designed for clinical utility, comfort, and protection. However, our products are categorized as professional workwear and do not constitute "medical devices" under FDA or equivalent international regulations. They are not intended for use as primary personal protective equipment (PPE) in high-risk surgical environments unless explicitly stated on the specific product certification.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY GEGIX shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if GEGIX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
