FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about GEGIX — from custom sizing and production to our mission and factory.
01
How does custom sizing work?
You fill out your body profile on our website — height, weight, and key measurements like chest, waist, hips, arm length, and inseam. Our system generates a pattern tailored specifically to your numbers. Then our factory cuts and sews it individually — not scaled up or down from a standard S/M/L template, but built for your body from scratch.
02
Do I need to take my own measurements?
Yes — you or a friend will need to take the measurements. But here's the good news: measure once, fit forever. It won't take long.
Our guided form walks you through every step with clear instructions. If you want extra accuracy, you can also attach reference photos. Most people complete their profile in under 3 minutes. Once saved, every future order automatically uses your data — measurements, fabric preference, embroidery — all pre-configured.
03
What if my measurements change?
Body changes are normal — weight fluctuations, starting a workout routine, pregnancy, and more. You can update your body profile anytime for free. Your next order will use the new measurements automatically. No need to re-enter everything — just update what's changed.
04
Where are GEGIX scrubs made?
In our own factory. Not a contract manufacturer, not an outsourced production line — our facility, our team, our quality standards. From fabric sourcing to cutting, sewing, and inspection, we control every step from start to finish.
05
Why do you own your own factory?
Third-party factories always prioritize large batch orders — small custom runs are always last in line. We solved that problem by owning our own production capacity. Your order doesn't compete for scheduling; it is the priority. It also means we can iterate on designs based on real user feedback without waiting for a supplier's approval.
06
How long does production take?
Custom manufacturing takes a bit longer than pulling pre-made items off a shelf — that's the honest trade-off. Our standard delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days. The upside: when it arrives, it fits you, not a mannequin.
07
What fabrics do you offer?
We currently offer 4 fabric options. You can see the full details and choose on each product page. More options will be added over time.
08
Can I get embroidery on my scrubs?
Yes. Name, title, department — and we can also add your logo for free. Configure everything online: choose the font style, thread color, and placement. The embroidery is sewn directly into the garment during production, not applied afterward. No extra paperwork, no third-party embroidery shop needed.
09
What's the return policy for custom items?
Since each piece is made specifically for your body, our policy differs from standard retail:
- Accurate measurements but doesn't fit — we remake it for free.
- Incorrect measurements entered by you — remake fees may apply.
- Manufacturing defect — full refund, no return needed.

What's the mission behind GEGIX?
We sold tens of thousands of mass-produced scrubs. Our return rate was 70%. Not because of poor quality — but because "standard sizing" was never standard enough for real bodies. Real bodies don't fit into six boxes.
GEGIX exists to replace that illusion with something real: clothing made for your body, by people who own the entire process. No middlemen. No compromises. Just a garment that fits — because it was built for you from the start.
